How to Make a Healthy Shamrock Shake

This healthy shamrock shake is made with glowing skin ingredients like coconut milk, spinach and avocado.

  • High Speed Blender


  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1-2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Collagen Peptides
  • 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 tsp Cacao Nibs optional topping
  • 1 tsp Acacia Fiber optional


  • Place all ingredients in the high speed blender except for the collagen and cacao nibs. Blend everything together until creamy. Add in the collagen peptides last and blend on lowest speed for 30 seconds.
    Acacia fiber is optional and helps promote gut health.
    Add to your favorite drinking glass and top with cacao nibs.


Feel free to use any nut milk you have on hand.
You can replace the maple syrup with honey, monk fruit or swerve.
